Your gift to Locust Grove supports:
- Educational Opportunities through school tours, lectures, free admission days, special tours, camps, workshops, demonstrations.
- Community Connections with festival events, book sales, concerts, outreach, partnerships and performances.
- Preservation Efforts such as the care of the main house, furniture and decorative arts collection, collections management and acquisition and continued research into the stories of Locust Grove.
- Gardens & Grounds through maintenance of the pollinator meadow, quad gardens, kitchen and herb gardens, trees, pathways and trails.
Locust Grove is committed to the following goals in the new year:
- Sharing the stories of Locust Grove in new ways through special programs and immersive experiences
- Continuing our research into the enslaved community
- Expanding festival events in our new Pavilion
- Refreshing the visitor experience with new interpretive and exhibit materials
