Locust Grove’s story, like the Croghans and Clarks, is just a part of the story of Kentucky’s beginnings. Situated just six miles upriver from downtown Louisville, this c. 1792 Georgian mansion was the home of William Croghan and his wife Lucy Clark Croghan and their family.
