Hosting Gardeners’ Fair is only possible due to the continued support of community sponsors. If you want to become a sponsor, please get in touch with Lydia Lewis at llewis@locustgrove.org.

How can being a sponsor benefit your business?

  • Recognition on Event Signage and the Event Banner(s)
  • A Free 10X10 Booth Space (Silver Sponsor and above. Based on availability)
  • Name or logo listed in Event advertisement, LG website, digital signage, and Annual Report.
  • Complimentary event and tour passes for you and your staff.

  • What kind of vendors are you looking for?

    Locust Grove welcomes all kinds of vendors! We have a special interest in vendors that specialize in the following:

    • Flowers, plants, botanicals, & herbs
    • Trees & shrubs
    • Gardening tools & accessories
    • Farming & animal husbandry
    • Botanically-inspired art, including garden art, jewelry, artwork, and more!
    • water gardens, butterfly gardens, and other specialty gardens
    • Non-profits that specialize in farming, wildlife preservation, conservation, and STEM education

  • Do we accept Non-Profits for Gardeners' Fair

    Absolutely! We enjoy partnering with non-profit organizations at the Gardeners’ Fair. We have two options for non-profit organizations to participate this year. The first is that non-profits wishing to have an informational or free activity booth can sign up for free. Non-profits wishing to sell merchandise or additional products will pay a small fee of $75.00. We look forward to partnering with your organization this year!

  • Will there be news coverage?

    Yes! We will be reaching out to various news outlets, including Keith Kaiser’s morning WDRB segment, the week of the event, so if you are interested in being on-site and helping with this, please get in touch with rmelvin@locustgrove.org. We will also send a press release to other local news outlets, advertise on local radio stations and additional media outlets, and do print and social media marketing. Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram and help promote the event to have the best chance at high attendance and sales!

  • Is there security?

    Overnight security is provided for the event space and vendor parking lots. Animals of any kind are not permitted to stay overnight on Locust Grove grounds.

    Vendors are responsible for securing their products, booths, and belongings. Historic Locust Grove is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.

  • Parking

    Vendors will park in our Orchard near the vendor area. Large vehicles (trucks, trailers, etc.) will be asked to park in our backfield.
